Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders for 2nd day delivery placed Monday–Friday after 12 PM eastern time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday–Sunday will be processed Monday, or the following business day if Monday is a holiday.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once processed you will receive your order within 2–7 business days. Please note that as we do not require signatures for deliveries and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. When placing an order, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.

JED is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

We hope you are delighted with your JED purchase. If you are not for any reason, please know that we offer complimentary shipping on returns or exchanges. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition with tags intact and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  1. Email customercare@jedgroup.com with your return details and order number. We will respond promptly with a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label. Your return notification must be emailed within 14 days of your receipt of JED merchandise.
  2. Complete the return form included in your original shipment.
  3. Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging and ship to us.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted on final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are discounted 30% or more. Final sale items are also noted on their product page.
  • To cancel your order before it has been processed contact customercare@jedgroup.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® for purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

Sales tax and other taxes and fees will be applied as legally necessary.
